**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**

- Réunion Equipe et Autres Dept EMEA : Déterminer l’agenda en liaison avec les équipes. Collecter les informations, mettre à jour la documentation. Assister aux réunions puis en animer une partie. Rédiger les minutes. Transmettre des informations.
- Equipe Store Planning : Mettre à jour la documentation commune (books, planning). Organiser les visites off work. S’assurer de la bonne communication de l’équipe (voyages, réunions, Store Co, présentation).
- Projets : Organiser et mettre à jour les éléments clés d’un ou de projets simples: planning, budgets, visite qualité, visite de chantier. Participer à la mise à jour des éléments clés d’un projet complexe. Manager un projet simple sous supervision

PROFIL
- Organisation du temps, fiabilité de l’engagement, rigueur
- Adaptabilité, bonne lecture d’un environnement complexe, réactivité
- Outils : Lecture de plans indispensable, Anglais indispensable, maitrise de la base de Excel
