Regional Demand Planning Assistant EMEA

At Estee Lauder Companies, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regional Demand Planning Assistant EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our Demand Planning Department, you will be responsible for producing accurate sales forecasts, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts for one brand from our portfolio
  • Collaborate with regional and affiliate marketing teams to improve forecast accuracy
  • Analyze monthly KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Work with our statistical provider to clean historical data and improve forecasting models
  • Manage master data to reflect product life cycles
  • Support the Regional Demand Planning Lead on S&OP meetings preparation
Requirements:
  • Student of engineering or business school, or 3rd cycle with supply chain specialization
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Access or SAP a plus
  • Fluency in English, with ability to follow English-language meetings and phone calls
