Regional Demand Planning Assistant EMEA: A Challenging Role in Supply Chain Excellence

At Estée Lauder Companies, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regional Demand Planning Assistant EMEA to join our Regional Demand Planning Department in Neuilly-sur-Seine. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of sales forecasts for various brands and markets within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and Supply Chain teams to create accurate sales forecasts for multiple markets and categories.
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead a project to improve a Demand Planning process, applying a structured methodology to analyze issues, recommend solutions, and implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Student from an engineering or business school, or postgraduate student with a Supply Chain specialization.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer tools, particularly Excel, and experience with Access is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
