Description du poste

Rattaché(e) directement au Responsable Tour Opérateur Broker, vous avez la charge de développer des parts de marché Europcar, Keddy et Goldcar pour nos segments de clients Tour Opérateur et Broker, d'analyser des résultats de son portefeuille clients et de travailler de manière collaborative avec les différentes équipes afin de satisfaire les différentes demandes.

Pour cela, vous devrez:

- S'assurer de la bonne contribution de ses comptes en terme de mix et saisonnalité,
- Connaître les besoins sur son marché (Domestic & Inbound),
- Faire un suivi hebdomadaire des résultats et actions pour l'atteinte des objectifs,
- Analyser les performances et préparations des supports par client,
- Animer les points hebdomadaires avec les Tour Opérateur et Brokers,
- Proposer les actions avec le département Pricing pour dynamiser l'activité,
- Négocier, mettre en place et suivre les partenaires (Tour Opérateur et Brokers) d'actions afin de "booster" le volume et CA en fonction des besoins d'Europcar France,
- Mettre à jour les différents supports dédiés aux partenaires (CGL, Termes & conditions (UK/FR), Flotte),
- Echanger avec le Groupe (Leisure sales Team International) sur les tendances nationales (disponibilités, CA, RPD),
- Exécuter le plan d'action commercial défini par le Groupe,
- Interagir avec les managers opérationnels de façon collaborative.

**Qualifications**:
De formation supérieure, minimum Bac +2 en commerce ou tourisme, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie de minimum 8 ans dans un environnement international, dans les secteurs: To Broker, Hôtellerie, Location de voitures, Agence de Voyages ou dans l'univers du Tourisme.

Anglais courant est obligatoire pour ce poste.

Vous maîtrisez très bien Pack office et Excel (TCD).

Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous êtes dynamique, enthousiaste, engagé(e) et appréciez le travail en équipe.

Vous êtes force de proposition et habitué(e) à travailler dans un environnement centré sur la performance.

Rémunération est composée d'un fixe : 32 - 36 fixe sur 12 mois + un variable.
