OUR FUTURE COLLABORATION
- The Director of Corporate Real Estate - STMicroelectronics - is a new role & responsibility to set-up the corporate governance, framework and processes required to manage the Company’s Real Estate on a global basis, as well as delivering professional support and guidance to the local Real Estate property site management teams.
- This role will participate to first, develop and then deploy the Company’s Real Estate Strategy and governance across all locations globally. The objective is to establish and build the Corporate Real Estate function to becoming an integral part of the Company’s Organization, responsible for the management, development and utilization of the Company’s Real Estate, to optimize workplace experience, ESG and cost efficiency. The development of the Corporate Real Estate strategy will incorporate the Company’s ESG targets and Workplace Strategy objectives. This position is based in Paris (France) and the initial scope will cover all ST office locations in EMEA region, notably France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, UK, Scandinavia, Malta, Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa. This position will co-ordinate and lead the Real Estate management and implement successful Real Estate strategies in line with ST’s ESG objectives, Workplace targets and Real Estate utilization / optimization / overall efficiencies.
- Contribute to defining the Corporate Real Estate Strategy, encompassing ESG targets and Workplace strategies
- Lead the EMEA Regional Real Estate Committee in full co-ordination with the various stakeholders (Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, IT and Site Management teams
- Manage the Regions Real Estate requirements in line with the Corporate Real Estate Strategy, initiating projects / actions to contribute towards the Company’s ESG targets and Workplace strategies
- Monitor Real Estate utilization, identifying potential operational and /or financial opportunities, initiating projects / actions to contribute to Real estate optimization and providing management reporting / analytics
- Lead all Regional Real Estate related projects (excluding Manufacturing Plants) and provide periodic reporting to Country / Site management
Co-ordinate the transactional management of Real Estate properties within EMEA
- Support the set-up and development of the Global Real Estate Portfolio Repository and Executive Dashboard

**Profile**:

- 10+ years of experience in large multinational organizations with at least 7+ years of experience in corporate real-estate management
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Management and Administration or Public Affairs
- Excellent Relationship management skills
- Ability to work in cross functional and multi-cultural environment
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Operate with entrepreneurial mindset
