**TON PLANNING D’ENTRAINEMENT CHEZ DANONE**:
Cette alternance se déroulera à Paris, dans notre super siège social monde à partir de septembre 2024.

Tes super coachs (alias tes managers) Diane, Corporate Real Estate Senior Manager, et Sabrina Richet, Corporate Real estate Manager t’accompagneront pour franchir la ligne d’arrivée:

- Accompagner et suivre les** projets immobiliers **et la gestion immobilière en France et dans le monde
- **Analyser des données **immobilières et s’assurer de la fiabilité des données
- Communiquer et **animer la communauté** Corporate real estate en France et dans le monde

En fonction de tes appétences, ton manager définira un projet dédié sur l’un de ces domaines, à mener à bien au cours de ton alternance.

**LES + DE CETTE ALTERNANCE**:

- Jusqu’à 2 jours/sem de télétravail
- Une occasion immanquable de découvrir un grand groupe multinational de l’intérieur, en interagissant avec des profils (immobilier, finances, achats, legal, logistique et production) et des cultures différents, et en contribuant à des réflexions stratégiques pour le groupe autour de l’immobilier
- La possibilité de grandir et apprendre aux côtés d’experts reconnus dans le monde immobilier, aux profils variés
- Ta rémunération dépendra de notre grille salariale alternant, en fonction de ton âge et de ton niveau d'études

About you
**Tu es un champion**:

- Disponible à partir de septembre pour une durée de 1 an pour une alternance
- Étudiant de niveau Bac+4/5 en université, école de commerce ou ingénieur
- Engagé, autonome, rigoureux, ouvert à d’autres cultures, respectueux des règles de confidentialité
- Compétences techniques : tu as une connaissance avérée des mécanismes juridiques et financiers régissant les baux immobiliers ; tu as éprouvé ces aptitudes en entreprise
- Langue : we need someone who is fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Logiciels : tu as un niveau « maîtrise » Excel ainsi que Power Point et es curieux de découvrir ou approfondir Power BI
