**L’Atelier 42** est une agence digitale en forte croissance, filiale d’Antadis Group située au cœur de Paris. L’équipe met toute son expertise au service de ses clients dans la conception et le développement de leur site internet et dans le déploiement de leur stratégie digitale.

Ce qui nous réunit : la passion du web et le goût du travail bien fait. L’agence travaille sur des projets digitaux majoritairement e-commerce. **L’Atelier 42** est une agence à taille humaine (dizaine de personnes) et nous recherchons désormais un Account manager (H/F);
En tant que consultant en vente, ta mission centrale sera d'assurer la gestion des clients et leur développement continu. Ton objectif principal consistera à étudier les besoins des E-commerçants et à les orienter vers les solutions les plus adaptées.

Dans ce contexte, tes responsabilités incluront:

- Analyser les besoins des clients et concevoir des stratégies appropriées,
- Assurer le suivi des clients jusqu'à la finalisation des projets, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de production,
- Cultiver une relation de confiance avec les clients et acquérir une compréhension approfondie de leurs comptes,
- Garantir la satisfaction des clients.

**Profil**:

- Tu es issu d’une école de commerce. Tu disposes d’une première expérience solide en tant que sales/account manager.
- Tu as une vraie fibre commerciale. Tu sais facilement t’adapter à différents interlocuteurs et différentes problématiques.
- Pédagogue et bon(ne) communicant(e), tu es capable de prioriser les urgences et de travailler en direct avec le client.
- Tu es féru de culture digitale et d’innovation, tu disposes d’une bonne culture E-commerce et marketing, tu pratiques une veille soutenue sur ces sujets.
