Votre poste est basé au sein du segment Small Fleet (petites flottes-comprises entre 1 et 10 véhicules). En tant que Business Developer, vous contribuez activement à l’accroissement de la flotte par la qualification de prospects à convertir en clients. Ce poste est orienté satisfaction clients, vous avez à cœur de réaliser vos objectifs commerciaux sur un poste orienté chasse.
Nous recherchons pour notre site de City Life, un(e) Commercial Sédentaire NC en CDD. A ce titre, vos missions principales seront de:
- Prendre en charge les leads entrants pré qualifiés et d’aller à la conquête de nouveaux prospects,- Conseiller et orienter les prospects et clients afin de les contractualiser,- Assurer l’élaboration et la relance des tarifications destinées aux prospects et clients,- Réaliser vos objectifs de commandes dans le respect des process et procédures internes,- Détecter les besoins et opportunités de vente tout au long des contrats,- Assurer la gestion du portefeuille clients confié (modifications, transferts, renouvellements, extensions, ajouts de prestations ),- Assurer l’émission et la relance de toutes les offres/projets dans les délais impartis,- Assurer le montage complet du dossier en vue de l’acceptation crédit,- Assurer l’accueil des demandes des clients jusqu’aux réclamations, les traiter et/ou les transmettre aux services compétents,- Diffuser le reporting commercial demandé et communiquer toutes les informations obtenues sur le marché (concurrence, demandes clients ),- Répondre de manière adaptée aux attentes et requêtes des clients/prospects dans les meilleurs délais.

Et si c’était vous ?- Diplômé(e) d'un Bac +2 à 5 en Commerce, vous avez une première expérience réussie (3 ans minimum) sur un poste de Commercial Sédentaire/ télévendeur,- La connaissance du milieu automobile serait un plus,- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des techniques de vente (découverte-closing... ; etc.) et des outils bureautiques,- Vous disposez d’un excellent relationnel, d’un esprit commercial,- Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux(se),- Vous êtes à l’aise aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral,- Votre dynamisme et votre adaptabilité vous permettront de mener au mieux les missions qui vous seront confiées.
