**Job Description Summary**: Nous recherchons un Spécialiste en Microbiologie pour fournir un soutien scientifique à nos clients dans le secteur ouest/sud-ouest de la France pour nos équipements de laboratoire Diagnostic Systems. Relevant du Manager régional des ventes, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'atteinte des objectifs de l'unité en fournissant un soutien interne et externe à toutes les phases du processus de vente.

Responsabilités principales:

- Soutenir l'équipe de vente dans la présentation du matériel de la gamme Diagnostic (microbiologie, biologie moléculaire)
- Définir et réaliser des visites sur site des clients potentiels pour les systèmes de la gamme IPM
- Former l'équipe de vente sur les instruments de la gamme Diagnostic
- Former les clients sur les instruments de la gamme Diagnostic
- Agir en tant qu'expert scientifique pour les instruments de la gamme Diagnostic
- Analyser les articles bibliographiques relatifs aux instruments de la gamme Diagnostic
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe marketing sur des projets liés à la gamme Diagnostic
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe scientifique Europe

- Excellentes capacités de communication et compétences avérées en gestion de la relation client
- Travail efficace en équipe avec des compétences de partage d'informations et de résolution de problèmes
- Bon relationnel, flexibilité et rigueur pour réussir dans ce poste
- Maîtrise de l'anglais requis pour la formation et la communication internes
- Flexibilité pour voyager sur la France entière, permis de conduire européen de classe B en cours de validité
