As an intern in our Business Development team, your primary focus will be on acquiring partnerships and understanding the needs of our brands. You will have the opportunity to generate a pipeline through your network, quickly build rapport with potential partners, and gain a deep understanding of the French e-commerce market, particularly in the beauty, cosmetic, and fragrance sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acquire partnerships: Identify and approach potential brand partners, presenting Luxamour's value proposition and negotiating partnership agreements.
- Market understanding: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Network development: Leverage your existing network of retailers and brands in Paris and surrounding areas to expand Luxamour's partnerships.
- Technical proficiency: Understand technical aspects of e-commerce platforms and simply articulate complex issues.
- Problem-solving: Demonstrate a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, addressing challenges efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program or similar program, preferably in management and Communications, or a related field.
- Self-starter: Ability to take initiative and work independently to achieve goals.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Relationship building: Proven ability to build rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hunter mentality: A proactive and determined approach to acquiring new partnerships and conquering the Paris market.
- Positive mindset: Eagerness to learn and grow continuously, with a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and address issues pragmatically, finding effective solutions.
- Customer service: Ability to balance leadership and support, providing exceptional service with a smile.
