Our subsidiary **VAISALA France SAS** located in Saclay (91), is a key supplier of atmospheric measurement instruments for the analysis of wind profiles, thanks to LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging), laser technology (predominantly optical, photonic and electronic). The key markets are the wind industry, international airports, meteorology and air quality. VAISALA France SAS generates a significant part of its turnover internationally across all 5 continents.

**Missions**:
In the context of the constant growth and development of our activities, VAISALA France SAS is recruiting a " **Sales Manager " M/F**.

Reporting to the Sales Manager Europe & Latin America, you will be in charge of developing the commercial activity and ensure the order taking and the turnover on your area.

Your main assignments will be to:

- Represent and embody the company, internally and externally, on the range of solutions and products for the Renewable Energy sector - Take direct responsibility for sales actions and customer relations on key accounts in your geographical area
- Maintain a portfolio of existing customers for Wind, Solar, Digital solutions
- Search for new sales opportunities and/or partnerships
- Lead the preparation of commercial, financial and technical offers
- Implement the validation process of commercial offers before final presentation to the customer
- Carry out the commercial negotiation and defend the interests of the company on the contractual commitments (price, deadlines, penalties, responsibilities, transfer of risks, incoterms...)
- Ensure the follow-up of opportunities and update Salesforce
- Participate in events and trade shows
- Contribute to transversal action plans
- Promote information feedback to different departments (customer feedback and market trends, competitions, product & service evolution, pricing strategy...)
- Ensure regular reporting

**Profile**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, technical or other relevant discipline and minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in an international and industrial environment (business school or engineering school). Knowledge of the energy sector and particularly of renewable energy will be a plus.

**Knowledge and technical skills**:

- Technical sales background and knowledge of field sales practices and procedures and commercial skills (portfolio management, key account management, negotiation...)
- Knowledge of the Renewable Energy market
- Ability to communicate, dialogue, transmit information, delegate and collaborate
- Fluency in English and French with excellent writing skills in both languages is required. Any other language is appreciated.

**Interpersonal skills**:

- You are a good listener and have excellent oral and written communication skills (wide range of multicultural interlocutors).
- You are creative, versatile, reliable, flexible and well organized, with a team spirit.
- You have the ability to analyze the needs and technical requirements of customers.
- Ability to travel abroad
