Major Job Responsibilities
Indirect Sales into WISPs and small System Integrators through our existing and/or new Channels and Distributors. Lead the team for Channels and Distributors and take direct responsibilities for some Channels and Distributors not covered by his/her team.Areas of responsibility, permanent objectives and duties
Define and implement the segment EMEA Channel & Distributor strategy. Meet / exceed booking, margin quotas and revenue targets. Position latest technologies, move Channels and Distributors to latest product family and stop selling (near) end of life products. Increase efficiency to align Channels and Distributors on same terms and conditions and to move Channels and Distributors to high-level of automation including enabling them to be self-sufficient. Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting using . Assume the leadership role in coordinating channel/account strategies and tactics for sales and sales support team (inside sales, systems engineering, sales management). Developing new value propositions, use cases and campaigns. Identifying, evaluating, and recommending product and service enhancements that improve the overall value to our channels. Do business development and brand awareness on the end users (WISPs and System Integrators) with / without our partners. Responsible to manage, build formal business proposals and presentations, presents to all levels of the organization including executives, leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making processes, and overcomes objectives to closure, and closes sales in a professional and effective manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that effect target markets. Sell services, particularly ensure all channels got SLA.
Job Requirements
Preferable Masters in telecommunications, electrical engineering or/and business administration, (MBA) or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of any 2nd foreign Italian/Spanish/France/German is an advantage. Minimum 8 years of sales experience in comparable business • Minimum of 4 years’ general management experience in Europe region Outstanding selling and negotiating abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners. Sales skills aligned to understand customer needs, relationship building, negotiate on value, result oriented, adding value to customers, and account planning. Experience in managing channels, partners, and distributors. • Strong business acumen, creativity, and problem-solving skills combined with a bias for action.-
