Chez Graneet, l'équipe Customer Success s’assure de la satisfaction des clients en étant leur interlocuteur privilégié et en les accompagnant tout au long de leur parcours.

En tant que Customer Success Engineer, tes missions seront les suivantes:

- Importer les données des nouveaux clients pour accélérer leur prise en main de la plateforme
- Assister les Customer Success Managers et l’équipe Sales en étant leur interlocuteur technique et un expert du produit
- Participer à des rendez-vous avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et les solutions techniques à mettre en place pour y répondre
- Assurer des permanences support pour aider les clients tout en garantissant la qualité et la réactivité des réponses

**Profil recherché**
- Etudiant.e en M1 ou M2 d'école d'ingénieur ou cursus similaire, tu recherches un stage de 6 mois pour l’automne 2023
- Tu as une forte capacité d’adaptation, tu sais t’approprier des sujets complexes et les retranscrire de manière simple
- Tu as de bonnes capacités d’expression à la fois écrite et orale afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les clients
- Tu es agile avec les outils tech ou capable de vite monter en compétence (Excel, manipulation de données, base de données SQL, automatisation no-code, etc.)
- Tu es d’un naturel autonome, et tu n’as pas peur de prendre des initiatives
- Tu aimes améliorer des process et tester de nouveaux outils qui peuvent te faire gagner du temps

**Processus de recrutement**
- Premier contact téléphonique avec Jeanne (Talent Acquisition Manager) (30mn)
- Test écrit de logique et manipulations tableur (45mn)
- Entretien visio avec Chiara, ta future manager et Laurène, Head of Customer Success (60mn)
- Entretien avec 2 des 3 fondateurs (Jean-Gabriel et Enzo) (45mn)
