Project Director

En tant que Project Director tu définiras la stratégie opérationnelle la plus appropriée et tu t’assureras du pilotage complet du cycle de vie des projets, en intégrant les contraintes et enjeux client.
- Tu coacheras des project managers intervenant sur ton périmètre, tu les conseilleras au quotidien pour réussir à délivrer dans les temps, en méthodologie agile, tout en respectant les objectifs qui te seront fixés : budget, délai, périmètre, qualité.
- Garant de la performance économique et du bon déroulement de toutes les affaires d’un portefeuille clients, tu réaliseras les arbitrages nécessaires pour permettre aux project managers de gérer leur projet dans un cadre adapté.
- Tu travailleras étroitement avec l'Account Manager pour établir la stratégie de compte à moyen terme et la prévision des engagements futurs. Tu seras amené.e à anticiper les risques et à les piloter, à garantir la maîtrise et la réalisation des engagements contractuels, et en capacité de fédérer les équipes dans l’atteinte des objectifs projets
