EQUIPE
- Poste au sein d’une équipe d’une dizaine personnes, sous la responsabilité d’un Team Leader et d’un Account Manager, dédiés à un compte pharmaceutique
- Travail en collaboration avec le team leader et les autres Chefs de Projet sourcing et planning / chef de projet transport / back office

OPERATIONS
- Gestion des événements clients en France essentiellement : congrès, symposias, séminaires, formations, stands, lancement de produit, incentive.
- Gestion des fournisseurs et prestataires une fois la recherche d’hôtels terminée par les équipes soucing : recherche autres prestataires (hôtels, transferts, restauration, Housing bureau ), contractualisation, suivi des prestations
- Organiser des prestations de qualité dans le respect du devis et des attentes du client.
- Suivi des participants
- Gestion de la relation avec le CDP transport du compte
- Gestion du budget, de la facturation et du recouvrement
- Assurer le suivi du reporting exigé par le client et via des outils informatiques spécifiques

FINANCE / BACK OFFICE/ TECHNOLOGIE
- Respect des process internes de back office
- Respect du process d’audit client
- Utilisation des outils internes ou clients pour la gestion des événements

CLIENT
- Relation client : travail en collaboration avec le demandeur interne (marketing, médical, chef de produit, communication, direction, assistante de direction )
- Rôle important dans le conseil client
- Force de proposition
- Accompagnement sur les événements

DIVERS
- Capacité à travailler sur un compte global : collaboration inter pays, benchmark des best practices, des process
- Développement de relations commerciales avec des prestataires nationaux comme hôtels, transféristes et agences.
- Diplôme dans le tourisme, l’événementiel ou l’hôtellerie ou formation similaire
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans l’organisation logistique d’événements idéalement pour l’industrie pharmaceutique : Sunshine Act, règles Compliance et DMOS. La rémunération sera adaptée au niveau d’expérience.
- Expérience dans un poste similaire au sein d’une agence événementielle ou tourisme d’affaire
- Utilisation du Pack office (excellente maîtrise d’excel, word et powerpoint)
- Connaissance de Cvent serait un plus
- Aptitude solide à la négociation avec des partenaires comme les chaînes hôtelières, les agences réceptives, restaurants ou prestataires techniques
- Très bon niveau en communication écrite et orale
- Bon niveau d’anglais (parlé et écrit)
- Aptitude à fournir un travail soigné et précis
- Gestion efficace du temps et talent d’organisation
- Disposé à voyager si nécessaire lors de l’accompagnement de projet
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe, flexibilité, ouverture, proactivité
- Dynamisme, engagement, intégrité et bon état d’esprit
