We are looking for a **Sales Enablement Specialist** based in Paris to support our Sales Team.

Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, the **Sales Enablement Specialist** will be responsible for supporting the sales enablement strategy at Deepki.

This strategy is based on 3 pillars:
**_ Process and method_**
- To support the creation and optimization of sales processes throughout the sales cycle;
- Create the content and materials that will enable the delivery of these processes to all sales teams (5 regions);
- To support the implementation of processes and execution follow-up (shadowings, for example).

**_ Knowledge _**
- To support the implementation of a continuous learning process;
- To ensure the proper structure, organization and accessibility of the Deepki knowledge base.

**_ Training_**
- To participate in the creation of a training calendar on different themes for all sales teams (5 regions);
- To support the implementation of these trainings by being a force of proposal on the formats, the content;
- To support the follow-up of these trainings to ensure the good execution of the delivered elements.

To be able to take up the challenge, he/she will need to possess a few skills:

- 2 years of Sales experience in a SaaS environment: - B2B sales cycle, CRM, value selling - are, for example, notions you know well;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (you will be speaking in front of large groups of sales people, you need to be comfortable in public);
- Fluency in French & English: you will be required to speak in front of our international teams;
- An analytical mind. You will be required to analyze sales speeches or processes, you will need to be able to identify possible optimizations;
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus;
- And more: Energy to spare and an ability to get things done quickly and well
