Human by nature.- You will join the global Strategic Marketing team as a Strategic Marketing Apprentice and with the support of the marketing managers, your main responsibilities will be:
- Conduct in depth market research on different beauty and personal care categories to equip the Marketing and Sales team.
- Participate in the development of the annual trend studies and global initiatives led by the Strategic Marketing Team.
- Create marketing support for the key ingredients of our portfolio.
- Be the strategic marketing point of contact for the development of external and internal newsletters.
- Support the Regional Marketing Manager on projects with European customers and distributors.
- Support the Event team in the organisation of a global trade show (adhoc project in 2025 Q1).
- Profile:
- You are a Master student pursuing a business/marketing degree, or a scientific degree with a strong marketing experience/background.
- You have a passion for the world of Beauty.
- You have a strong command of the English language, a good level of French as well is preferable as you will work in a mostly French-speaking environment
- You know how to use the Office Suite.
- You are rigorous, pro-active, with a strong sense of ownership, you are an excellent communicator and like interacting and working with others.
