**Description du poste**:

- ** Stratégie de Vente**: Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de vente complète alignée sur nos objectifs commerciaux et nos plans de croissance.
- ** Leadership d'Équipe**: Diriger, encadrer et motiver une équipe de vente performante pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et offrir des expériences client exceptionnelles.
- ** Engagement Client**: Identifier et entretenir des relations avec les clients clés, comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions sur mesure.
- ** Analyse de Marché**: Rester informé des tendances de l'industrie et du paysage concurrentiel, en utilisant les informations pour prendre des décisions éclairées.
- ** Partenariats**: Identifier et établir des partenariats stratégiques pour élargir notre portée et notre présence sur le marché.
- ** Croissance du Chiffre d'Affaires**: Stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires en atteignant et en dépassant les objectifs de vente, et en optimisant les processus de vente pour plus d'efficacité.
- ** Gestion Budgétaire**: Superviser le budget des ventes et veiller à une allocation efficace des ressources pour maximiser le retour sur investissement.

**Profil recherché**:

- ** Master **en Business, Marketing ou domaine connexe.
- Un parcours avéré d**'au moins 5 ans** dans un rôle de direction des ventes, de préférence dans le secteur des télécommunications ou de la technologie.
- Compréhension solide des solutions de connectivité, de l'IoT, des technologies **M2M** et **eSIM.**:

- Excellentes compétences en **Communication**,** Négociation **et** Présentation**.
- Penseur stratégique avec la capacité de développer et de mettre en œuvre des **stratégies de vente efficaces**.
- Qualités de **leadership**, y compris la capacité à motiver et à gérer une équipe de vente.
- Capacité avérée à atteindre et à dépasser les objectifs de vente et à stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires.
- Maîtrise de l'**anglais**/**français **courant.
- Disponibilité pour **voyager selon les besoins**.
