**HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER**:
As the **Regional Marketing Manager** for G-STAR, you will shape and drive our brand’s presence across the region, bringing our global vision to life through tailored marketing tactics. Your role encompasses overseeing trade and retail marketing efforts that enhance store performance, while executing targeted PR campaigns to amplify our brand’s visibility in local media.
You’ll plan and deliver impactful events, collaborate with influencers and tastemakers to create authentic brand stories, and adapt global digital content to resonate with local audiences.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Trade & Retail Marketing**:
- Develop and execute regional trade and retail marketing plans that drive foot traffic and sales in key stores.
- Collaborate with trade partners to create in-store experiences, activations, and promotional materials that reflect brand positioning and appeal to local customers.
- Support the launch of new collections, products, and store openings with tailored activations and materials.
**PR Activities & Media Relations**:
- Manage and collaborate with local PR agencies to execute region-specific PR strategies that align with global brand goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional media outlets, fashion editors, and journalists to secure brand coverage and features.
- Organize press events, media previews, and interviews to increase brand visibility in local markets.
**Event Planning & Execution**:
- Execute regional events, from product launches to brand activations and VIP experiences, ensuring alignment with brand identity and goals.
- Oversee all aspects of event execution, including budgeting, logistics, guest lists, and post-event analysis.
**Influencers & Tastemakers Management**:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with regional influencers, tastemakers, and key opinion leaders to promote the brand organically across digital platforms.
- Track and measure the impact of influencer campaigns and collaborations, using data to refine future efforts.
**Adapting Global Digital Content**:
- Customize global digital content, such as newsletters to fit the preferences and cultural nuances of the local market.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure all content is regionally relevant, while maintaining consistent brand messaging and tone.
**Seeding & Product Placement**:
- Strategically seed products to influential figures, including celebrities, influencers, and stylists, to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure the right products are placed with the right individuals to maximize exposure and align with the brand’s image.
**Collaboration with HQ**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between HQ and the regional market, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy and messaging.
- Provide regular updates to HQ on market performance, campaign results, and regional trends.
- Coordinate with HQ on the localization of marketing materials and the execution of global campaigns in the region.
**Reporting & Analytics**:
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and PR activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform local marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports to HQ on marketing KPIs, budget management, and return on investment.
