**Votre nouveau poste**
- Organiser et superviser le Digital Content Servicing de tous les programmes (longs métrages, séries télévisées, bandes-annonces, contenu amélioré, 4K) pour les clients français et du Benelux, via les systèmes de livraison automatisés DETE/TOPS de Warner.
- Superviser l'authoring des DVD/BD Local Acquisition releases et des bonus /promo reel discs.
- Etre le principal contact technique pour les BU de HV&Digital et fournir une assistance avant-vente à HV&Digital pour des projets spéciaux (en tant que spécialiste de la recherche).
- Soutenir le développement de nouvelles technologies (second écran, résolution fractionnée, 4K,...).

**Vos responsabilités**

1. Distribution numérique (85 %)
- Services de contenu et relations avec les clients (25%)
- Assurer le suivi des plannings de diffusion de la WBDD et superviser la livraison du matériel des fournisseurs ou de DETE/TOPS aux clients français et du Benelux.
- Superviser le flux de travail technique des émissions télévisées envoyées à l'Apple TV Store.
- Superviser le processus de rejet et les remplacements.
- Gérer les relations avec les clients sur toutes les questions techniques.
- Etre responsable du processus d'intégration de DETE et TOPS pour les clients (« Super User »).
- Mastering, téléchargement et localisation (30%)
- Superviser le flux de travail technique pour les acquisitions locales et les tiers distribués : UGC, Le Pacte, AB Productions, Mars Films, Pretty Pictures.
- Enquêter dans les inventaires pour trouver le matériel nécessaire à la création d'actifs pour toutes sortes de programmes.
- Organiser et superviser la localisation française de contenus numériques : lay-back audio (ASNC), synchro&conformité des sous-titres (STSNC), demandes d'ingestion e:master, commandes d'upload DETE, pour des clients internes ou externes.
- Superviser l'upload des contenus localisés français dans DETE pour les deals EST : Orange, Canal Play, Numericable...
- Assistance avant-vente et support technique (30%)
- Apporter un support technique à la Distribution Numérique sur tous les sujets et nouveaux deals (4K) et faire le lien avec les laboratoires en France (Hiventy/TVS/Dubbing Brothers/Silverway) ou aux Etats-Unis (SDI, Deluxe, Pixelogic).

2. Distribution physique (15%)
- Superviser la production DVD/BD/(4K) pour les acquisitions locales : assurer la liaison entre le département marketing et les studios d'authoring, collecter le matériel, suivre l'encodage et l'authoring, vérifier et valider la version finale, coordonner la livraison à l'usine de réplication.

**Compétences & experience**
- BAC +2 - Brevet technicien supérieur
- 10 ans d'expérience sur des fonctions similaires

Connaissance de/familiarité avec:

- Taux de rafraîchissement, débits binaires vidéo, spécifications audio, spécifications des sous-titres
- Mécanismes de diffusion numérique ;
- Logistique de la chaîne : internet, décodeurs, EST/VOD, diffusion, etc.
- Création de DVD/BD et chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et le cinéma
- Esprit pratique
- Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression et avec des contraintes de temps
- Organiser et planifier le travail de manière efficace
- Faire preuve d'adaptabilité, d'agilité et de souplesse dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Être capable de travailler selon des horaires flexibles
- Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire
