For our Consulting Support team in Paris, France, we are looking for a new colleague in the role of Client Services Executive. The Consulting Support team consists of 2 Client Services Executives, an office manager and the Consulting Support Manager. The consulting support team’s mission is to deliver effective, efficient and professional client services, product support, project management and administration to our internal and external customers.

The purpose of the Client Services Executive role is support and coordinate the projects sold and delivered by the firm. The Client Services Executive is the operational linking pin between the employees of the firm, clients, users and other stakeholders.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Organise collective and individual assessment projects and training (managing diaries, printing and preparing materials, administrative follow-up)
- Create and communicate access codes for tools and solutions deployed as part of the project, send the reminders and ensure regular follow-ups
- Facilitate exchanges between all stakeholders in the project (internal and external) in compliance with the established processes
- Schedule appointments with clients taking account of the schedules of the participants, the consultants and the client requirements
- Be a driving force and make proposals to contribute to the continuous improvement of projects, processes, tools, methods, etc.
- Analyse, verify and manage databases
- Proofread client deliverables
- Follow-up on the progress, the invoicing, and performance indicators of projects
- Ensure effective communication and coordination of our offices and partners

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements**
- Experience in business administration, customer support and/or project management is an asset for this position
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral, communication skills in French and English
- Ability to work collaboratively within and across internal and external teams
- Client orientation with a focus on delivering high quality services and experience
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proactive and self-propelling
- Computer and software skills (Microsoft Office package, etc.)
- Structured and organised mindset
- High attention for details, quality and accuracy in their work
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Seeking ways to improve processes and service to clients and internally
- Genuine enthusiasm and intrinsically motivated by this field of work
