**Context and team **:You will join a team of five people, with Marine as your training supervisor. Your role will involve creating B2B content aimed at engaging our clients, generating leads, and promoting Skeepers' marketing campaigns.
**As a Junior Content Manager, you will be responsible for**:
Strategic Planning
- Manage your content projects according to the marketing roadmap
- Contribute to implementing the group's content strategy to reach marketing, SEO and business objectives
- Drive editorial planning according to go-to-market
- Report on weekly basis on your KPI and activities
- Actively participate to improve content production efficiency and creativity : brainstormings, post-mortem, processes update, new tools...
Content Production
- Lead your content production from brief to final output
- Produce strategic content for our 4 solutions (ebooks, case studies, website pages, blogs) and monitor production from our freelancers (blog and translations mainly) and from other services (webinars, social media, conferences)
- Keep our content database updated and clean
- Coordinate content creation for our different markets (Spain - Italy - USA) and internal and external stakeholders
- Manage content translations for all Skeepers markets
SEO
- Make sure that content projects serve our SEO strategy
- Participate on our semantics action plan, in collaboration with our SEO agency
In-house, you will work in synergy with the various departments:
- Marketing teams: growth, paid, design, field, press, product marketing management...
- Sales teams
- Client teams
And externally with our freelancers, clients and partners.
**Requirements**:
We are looking for a profile with communication and writting skills, who can support the team in daily tasks and bring their experience in content creation.
**Softskills**:
- Have a beautiful pen and an eye for detail
- Have a passion for content creation
- French language: copy writing, copy editing and proof-reading skills
- English: advanced
- Proactive and creative attitude
- Are a self-starter and organised with rigour
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure successful delivery.
