**Smart Impulse cherche un Key Partner Manager pour participer à sa forte croissance commerciale en**
**développant son réseau de partenaires en France.**

Smart Impulse **conçoit et développe des solutions de mesure électrique nouvelle génération simples**
**à installer** (moins d’une heure, sans outil et sans coupure) permettant, **à partir d’un seul point de**
**mesure et d’algorithmes brevetés** (_Non Intrusive Load Monitoring_ NILM), d’**identifier la**
**consommation de chaque type d’équipements **dans un bâtiment (éclairage, chauffage, informatique,
moteurs, etc). Ces informations permettent aux gestionnaires de bâtiments d'**identifier les leviers**
**d'économies d’énergie **et d’**optimiser leurs consommations dans le temps.**

**MISSION**

Au sein d’une équipe commerciale de 7 personnes, vous serez en charge de développer le portefeuille de partenaires (avant tout
fournisseurs de services énergétiques) afin d’augmenter de façon significative le déploiement des solutions Smart Impulse via la
vente indirecte.
Votre mission s’organise autour des axes suivants:
Développer notre base client parmi les fournisseurs de services énergétiques aux bâtiments tertiaires à travers la mise
en place et l’animation de contrats cadre et de mode de déploiements avec les interlocuteurs clés

Assurer une prospection terrain afin de proposer et faire connaître les solutions Smart Impulse au niveau régional et
central

Générer des demandes de projets, entretenir la relation commerciale dans la durée et gérer l’animation du réseau de
partenaires

Participer à la conception et à la mise en place des outils pour assurer la meilleure diffusion des solutions par les
interlocuteurs techniques et commerciaux chez les partenaires

Proposer des améliorations des techniques de vente et des outils d’aide à la vente de la solution afin d’augmenter le
volume de contrats signés

Collaborer avec les responsables commerciaux en charge des clients finaux pour assurer la cohérence entre les
approches vente directe et prescription

Assurer votre suivi et votre reporting commercial via la mise à jour du CRM et de vos indicateurs.

**CONDITIONS**

CDI. Poste basé à Paris. Travail à distance partiel possible. Début dès que possible.

Rémunération selon profil, mutuelle, tickets resto (carte Swile)...***

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Savoir-faire : expérience (au moins 5 ans) de la vente BtoB grand compte en chasse et/ou de la constitution et de

l’animation d’un réseau de partenaires. Intérêt pour l’innovation et le secteur de l’énergie. Maitrise des outils
informatiques permettant de faire votre suivi et reporting commercial (Excel, CRM...). La connaissance du secteur du
bâtiment et de son exploitation est un plus.
- Savoir-être : vous êtes à la fois à l’aise en « chasse » pour faire du développement et en animation d’un réseau, curieux,

excellent relationnel, autonomie, ténacité, organisé(e), avec une grande faculté d’adaptation.
- Formation : BAC+3 ou supérieur, école d’ingénieur ou de commerce.
