Pionnier de la mobilité hydrogène, Hype développe la première plateforme de mobilité hydrogène intégrant simultanément production, distribution et usages, avec le taxi comme premier marché.

Pour répondre à lurgence de santé publique que constituent les pollutions de lair et sonore en milieu urbain, Hype est résolument engagé dans la voie dune mobilité zéro émission.

Hype opère depuis 2015 la plus grande flotte de taxis hydrogène au monde et vise désormais à organiser la transition rapide vers le zéro émission du transport à la demande et des autres mobilités professionnelles.

Courant 2023, Hype disposera en Ile-de-France dune flotte de 700 taxis qui pourront se ravitailler dans les stations déployées dans le cadre du projet. Lobjectif de Hype étant de déployer, dici fin 2024, en Ile-de-France, au moins 26 stations dhydrogène vert produit localement capables dalimenter 10.000 taxis, et dimplanter sa plateforme dans 15 autres métropoles, en France et à linternational.

Cest dans ce contexte de forte croissance que nous renforçons actuellement nos équipes.

Descriptif du poste:
Le team lead H/F est leader de léquipe Service Clients et travaille notamment en collaboration avec léquipe commerciale. Ses missions sont:
Animer et coordonner léquipe service clients

Réaliser des suivis individuels des collaborateurs

Effectuer des reporting réguliers sur les KPIs de léquipe

Recruter et former de nouveaux membres de léquipe

Développer et améliorer le fonctionnement du service clients

Actualiser et renforcer lefficacité et la fiabilité des procédures

Assurer une haute qualité de services, en particulier concernant les clients grands comptes

Profil recherché

Profil recherché:
Bac +3 à Bac +5 avec une première expérience en management

Autonome, réactif, polyvalent, organisé et rigoureux

Maîtrise de langlais souhaité lu, écrit, parlé. Toute autre langue étrangère est un plus

Modalités

Type demploi : CDI temps plein.
