Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader - Building Services

Department: Production

Reports to: Service Production Manager

Job Summary: As a Team Leader - Building Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites, managing the installation process, and overseeing the injection of materials. You will work closely with our engineering team to define and execute the injection points, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the installation process, including the procurement of materials and the definition of injection points
  • Oversee the injection of materials, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Manage and supervise a team of site technicians
  • Ensure the application of Uretek's Quality-Safety-Environment policy on site
  • Prepare and transmit final project reports
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Valid driver's license (permis B)
