The mission of Desoutter Industrial tools is to be a global leader in electric and pneumatic assembly and drilling solutions serving with a wide range of manufacturing operations, including Aerospace, Automotive, Tiers, Off-Road and General Industry._
- We are looking for our _
**_Global Key Customer Manager_**:

- . Reporting to the Global Business Manager Tiers, this role is responsible for the worldwide customer success, business development, sustainable growth and profitability with the key customers entrusted to him/her._
- We don’t want to list all the responsibilities, but rather instead focus on what _
- you will achieve through:_
- _You take care of strategic global accounts and are responsible for their success and satisfaction_
- _You make sure your customers achieve excellence in assembly across their global plants using our cutting-edge technologies and solutions._
- _You will develop a dedicated Key Customer Strategy for each entrusted account, aiming for customer value added and a sustainable partnership._
- _You push and support our global teams to ensure the successful implementation of your strategic plan. _
- _You will provide business and technical expertise on the account specifics to the global account team and answer global team’s requests for information and support them._
- _You will develop and maintain relationships with decision makers within key customers to achieve desirable resolutions. You will interact with headquarters, purchasing centres, engineering, maintenance, and further technical contacts, on-site, remotely and on trade shows._
- _You create customer value supporting customers to adopt our latest technological innovations. Therefore, you lead_ persuading technical demonstrations, presentations and drive our global teams to sell our cutting-edge, ecosystem-related solutions._
- _You will make sure we match requirements and achieve global delivery clearance_
- _You are the voice of your customers and ensure we keep developing the right products and software solutions to foster our technological pole position and match their future needs _
- _You will be responsible to negotiate and execute global agreements and keep contractual documents updated_

**_What we expect of you?_**
- We look for an international profile which holds a technically and commercially oriented university degree with strong experience in product management, marketing, sales or _
- B2B development_
- . Ideally with _
- proficiency in automotive/tiers segment and international business experience. _
- English fluency is required in order to be successful in the role._
- Regular travelling is required as part of this position._
