**Pour accompagner sa croissance, **Treezor recherche un(e)** Head of Operations (H/F).**

Rattaché(e) au COO (N-1 d’un membre du Comité de Direction), le Head of Operations prend en charge le département des Opérations avec la gestion de l’ensemble de la chaîne d’un back office bancaire et management de 5 équipes dédiées (circa 45 collaborateurs au total).

**Vous aurez pour principales missions**:
**1 - Management de 5 équipes back/middle office : KYC, Flux, Fraude, Procédures civiles et Satisfaction Client**:

- Management de managers
- Accompagnement des équipes dans la phase de scale up (change management)
- Coordination avec les équipes conformité, Business, Produits et IT sur l'ensemble des problématiques opérationnelles métier à gérer avec un objectif de contribution à l'amélioration de la satisfaction client et de l'efficacité opérationnelle

**2 - Pilotage et supervision du Back Office bancaire de Treezor**:

- Pilotage de l’efficacité opérationnelle des équipes et différentes chaînes de valeurs (respect des SLA, surveillance du risque opérationnel, qualité des traitements clients)
- Réalisation et validation des contrôles internes définis pour les opérations
- Coordination opérationnelle en cas d’incidents métier
- Priorisation et sponsorship des besoins en outillage et en automatisations
- Communication avec les clients (respect des SLA, amélioration de process communs, animation de comités)

**Voici les prérequis pour ce poste**:

- Formation Bac+5 ingénieur ou finance
- 5 ans d’ancienneté minimum dans le domaine bancaire ou des paiements (Back ou Middle Office avec expertise SEPA, monétique et/ou réglementaire)
- 3 ans d'expérience minimum en management de managers (niveau 2)
- Organisation et rigueur dans la gestion des tâches et des effectifs
- Esprit orienté sur la gestion du risque et conformité ainsi que de la satisfaction client
- Capacité à gérer de nombreux sujets en parallèle, bonne capacité à prioriser et proposer des ajustements pro activement (gestion de projets)
- Capacité à produire des supports écrits à destination des membres de la Direction, des clients, partenaires et collaborateurs (note Exec Sum, PPT)
- Maîtrise de Google Sheet (pivot table, formules, automatisations)
- Bonne maîtrise des concepts d'API est un vrai plus
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (Allemand, Espagnol ou Italien est un plus)
