We are looking for a Head of IT Operation Factories You could be base in our offices in Paris, Madrid, London or Glasgow.

You key missions are:
The Head of IT Operation Factories, is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of IT Factory Services globally, Application Development Factory (Low Code No Code), Application Support Factory and Application Testing Factory.

Application Development Factory- Demand management and governance of the platform- Ensure the project delivery and provide oversight- Engage with business and continuously improve the services through feedback

Application Support Factory-
- Engage with the business and other IT managers to understand the requirements and maintain the healthy SLAs- Strategy for continuous improvement by shift left and elimination through automation

Application Testing Factory- Manage the testing automation & governance platforms-
- Industrialize services across functional, performance, automation testing and test management & release governance

This role would be responsible for bringing in automation where feasible and thus improve the overall quality of the services delivered by IT Operations

You will manage a complex communications network across the world, delivering services in a challenging geographic and cultural environment.

Main roles and responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Strategy to improve the adoption of factory services- Roadmap to industrialize additional IT services for global consumption-
- Establish Performance measures and KPIs for the IT Operations group.- Scan the environment for new and relevant technology. Build the business case for relevant solutions, prototype and deploy.

Daily Operations:
- Manage the quality of all services delivered by the IT Operations group.- Achieve high degree of automation on all repetitive tasks- Build and maintain the continuous feedback mechanism with stakeholders- Engage with Enterprise architecture and actively advocate for implementation across global initiatives.- Review service performance through regular weekly\monthly\quarterly reviews- Monitor and govern the key KPIs such as SLAs (Response & Resolution), Availability, quality measures

Change Management:
- Design processes, measures and framework to ensure that changes are correctly documented, planned and implemented across the IT Operations Group- Work closely with the IT Governance group to ensure compliance to all requirements for change management and other key processes mandated for the group

Process Management:- Improve the demand management, service catalog management and governanceTeam Management (5 to 10 people):- Actively work with peers and senior management to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships.- Continuously review, adjust and train the assigned technical team to ensure their capabilities remain current and relevant to the underlying infrastructure and services.

Demand Management:
- Active partner with IT peers in the Demand Management process ensuring appropriate resources are acquired and in place as per approved projects.

Budget:
- Hold a perspective on all spend by the IT Factories- Design the processes and solutions, ensure that the spend is fully optimized

Vendor Management:
- Manage the service delivery relationship with key vendors ensuring they deliver their respective services at acceptable levels and cost.- Evaluate and onboard new vendors as required for new/Existing lines of service
