**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff, located in Paris, to work in close collaboration with the CEO and the executive team members, in the implementation and orchestration of strategic and functional projects in a cross-functional mindset with the company's departments.

**What will you be doing ?**
- Collaborate with CEO (and executive team members) to determine and prioritize business strategies and facilitate workflows advancing them.
- Drive efforts improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO and the executive team.
- Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Manage CEO preparation for important internal and external meetings and events.
- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, key external stakeholders and CEO, regarding company climate, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects

**Expertise and experience**
- 8 years of outstanding experience as project management -or similar
- developed through a consulting experience at a large firm with a proven ability to orchestrate work streams.
- You master Powerpoint, Google suite, Excel and reporting tools.
- You are fluent in both French and English. English is our corporate language
- General expected skills

**Qualifications**:

- Outstanding project management skills developed through consultancy or similar roles (5/8 yrs)
- Analytical mindset with a business orientation, comfortable with reporting tools and exercise
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Oral/Written, French/English)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to act as a team player.
- Capacity to collaborate and build connections with all departments and services of the company in a constructive way
- Strategic thinking and vision
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to innovate, challenge the status quo and think out of the box
- A fintech/banking experience required
