Senior Chartering Coordinator

A ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:
- Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs afin de procéder à l'analyse du marché et à l'émission de demandes de renseignements sur le marché.
- Effectuer l'évaluation commerciale, la normalisation et l'évaluation des offres des fournisseurs.
- Émettre un résumé de l'offre et le présenter aux parties prenantes internes.
- Soutenir et coordonner les évaluations techniques avec les fonctions internes et les parties prenantes.
- Diriger les négociations avec les fournisseurs sélectionnés avant l'attribution du contrat et par le biais de la mise en place d'une ‘Charter Party’ avec les fournisseurs sélectionnés.
- Gérer l'attribution des ‘Charter-Partie’ après le contrat, l'émission de tout addendum aux contrats en cours d'exécution et rester le point de contact entre les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes jusqu'à l'achèvement du contrat.
- Travailler de manière proactive avec les parties prenantes et les fonctions internes pour s'assurer que toutes les obligations contractuelles sont communiquées et comprises par les parties prenantes internes.
- S'assurer de la pertinence des principaux calendriers et plannings des projets grâce à des collaborations régulières avec les principales parties prenantes du projet.
- Être responsable de l'analyse et de l'obtention de l'approbation des factures relatives aux accords avec les différentes parties prenantes.
- Suivre les coûts liés à chaque ‘Charte-partie’ par rapport au budget.
- Assurer la clôture de la charte-partie en temps voulu après l'achèvement des travaux.
- Interface étroite avec les fournisseurs pendant les activités d'affrètement avant et après l'attribution du marché.
- Optimiser les coûts, la qualité et le calendrier des activités d'affrètement.
- Veiller au respect des politiques et objectifs de l'entreprise, de l'impact sur l'environnement, de la sécurité et des exigences du client.
- Pré-qualifier les fournisseurs si nécessaire.
- Travailler en conformité avec le système de gestion d'entreprise et les outils SCM.
- Travailler en accord avec les valeurs et le code de conduite
Votre profil
- Diplôme en affaires maritimes ou en droit maritime.
- Expérience préalable des chartes-parties BIMCO, en particulier Supply Time, Heavycon, Bargehire et GENCON.
- Expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire auprès d'un owner, d'un broker ou d'un affréteur.
- Solides compétences en matière de contrats et de négociations.
- Solides compétences en communication.
- Capacité à gérer des demandes multiples et difficiles.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais très courts.
