We are on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Marketing Manager to play a key role in our continued success. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our growth strategies, setting us apart with comprehensive fragrance solutions, and translating consumer trends to drive our clients' innovations forward. **Your mission**
Bring added value to the business, support growth strategies and contribute to differentiate dsm-firmenich by offering clients 360 fragrance solutions enhanced by marketing expertise. Translate relevant marketing & consumer insights into inspiring and relevant fragrance solutions supporting client’s new product developments.
- Create marketing support to identified customers with high growth, working hand in hand with our Sales force and Creation and Marketing Science teams
- Maximize chances to win and defend business by selling fragrance value built on differentiating Reason to Believe E.g creation process, perfumer inspiration, market insights, consumer insights, trends expertise, ingredients storytelling, innovation capabilities
- Continuously strengthen fragrance expertise including collaborating with technical/expert teams
- Monitor market trends, new product launches.
- Develop Market presentation, gap analysis, future opportunities identification.

**You bring**
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Business, Marketing or International Management related field
- Min 3 years of experience in strategic marketing / customer experience (in Fragrance/Beauty is a plus)
- Fluency in English
- Great planning, organization and prioritization skills, pragmatic and hands-on attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a global mindset
- Analytical, presentation and storytelling skills
- Excellent communication skills to easily navigate in a global, multicultural and matrix environment, ability to influence across functions/divisions/markets
- Passion for fragrances
