**MISSIONS & ACTIVITÉS**
Rattaché-e au Directeur des Financements et Investissements, vos missions seront les suivantes:
**Financement de projet**
- Réaliser les modélisations financières : utilisation des modèles existants, réalisation de modèles en interne, échange avec les tiers (conseils, banques, etc.) et formation des profils juniors ;
- Initier et mener à bien les consultations bancaires ;
- Superviser la préparation et mise à jour des data-room bancaires ;
- Participer et superviser la rédaction d info-mémorandum et notes à l attention des banques ;
- Collaborer avec les autres Chargés d Affaires et/ou réaliser de manière autonome les Due Diligences bancaires ;
- Participer aux négociations des contrats de prêts ;
- Travailler avec l ensemble des conseils bancaires (avocats, auditeurs techniques, assurance, etc.) ;
- Réaliser et/ou superviser le suivi des crédits et passation avec le Middle/Back Office (analyse de la performance, suivi des tirages, échéanciers de crédit, suivi des engagements, etc.) ;
- Faire de la veille de marché sur les changements réglementaires.
**Corporate bancaire et private equity**
- Participer et superviser les levées de fonds et activités en corporate bancaire du groupe (émissions obligataires, augmentations de capital, crédits et autres outils corporate) auprès d investisseurs particuliers, professionnels et des banques du groupe Photosol ;
- Superviser le suivi et traitement administratif des opérations en lien avec le service Middle/Back Office ;
- Superviser les relations investisseurs (actionnaires, obligataires, créanciers bancaires, à l écrit et à l oral) ;
- Faire de la veille de marché sur les changements réglementaires.
**Acquisition de projets**
- Réaliser et/ou superviser la modélisation financière et contribuer à la préparation des offres ;
- Analyser les data-room et participer aux échanges avec les équipes du cédant ;
- Participer au process d acquisition en s appuyant sur les ressources internes (juridique, urbanisme, ingénierie, construction, exploitation & maintenance) ;
- Travailler sur la documentation d acquisition.
Profil recherché
BAC+5 - école de commerce/ingénieur ou cursus universitaire avec spécialisation en Finance ;
Compétences poussées en analyse financière, finance d’entreprise, modélisation financière (incluant VBA) ;
minimum 6 ans d’expérience en financement de projet et/ou corporate bancaire (conseil financier, investissement, banque ) ;
Initiative, rigueur et organisation, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse ;
Aisance relationnelle et bonne qualité rédactionnelle ;
Très bonne maitrise du pack office, notamment Microsoft EXCEL et POWER POINT ;
Une culture générale du secteur des énergies renouvelables serait un plus.
**CADRE CONTRACTUEL**
Contrat CDI statut cadre au forfait 218 jours/an - 8 à 12 jours de RTT ;
Prise de poste dès que possible ;
Salaire selon profil + variable sur objectifs (équivalent à 1 mois de salaire) ;
PEE (abondé par l'entreprise à hauteur de 300%) ;
Titres restaurant : 11€ ;
Cours de sport : 1-2 cours/jour de coaching sportif en entreprise ;
Activités de team-building organisées régulièrement ;
Télétravail : 2 jours/semaine ;
- Poste basé à Paris métro Miromesnil.
