Le groupe AMW Health Investment recherche un(e) Executive Assistant afin d'assister le Fondateur et la Directrice Back Office.
Votre mission sera de les assister dans leurs tâches administratives quotidiennes et pour cela vous devez être quelqu'un de motivé et adaptable.
Le type de contrat proposé est un CDI à plein temps. Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de notre headquarter au Mesnil Saint Denis pour un démarrage dès que possible.
Principales missions (liste non exhaustive):
- Coordonner les voyages, trajets et agendas respectifs
- Démarches administratives et suivi des dossiers professionnels et personnels
- Gestion des courriels, NDF et classeurs au bureau
- Maintenir l'organisation au bureau et gérer l'office management (gestion société de ménage, jardinier, travaux, formalités, consommables etc)
- Petits déplacements pour la gestion de dossiers et prestataires (la poste, la banque, achats, les différents locaux)
- Possibles déplacements à l'étranger, notamment dans notre filiale à Marrakech.
Votre profil:
- Expérience de 10 ans dans le back office
- Etudes > BAC+3 requis
- Bilingue Anglais et Français avec une capacité rédactionnelle et communicationnelle élévée. Une troisième langue est apprecié.
- Maîtrise du Pack Office
- Permis B requise + voiture idéalement
- Fort sens de responsabilité et confidentialité
- La maîtrise de Salesforce et de l’environnement Mac est un plus
