ALSTOM Group Ecodesign Director is hiring an Ecodesign Metier Manager to lead ecodesign metier with a dynamic transversal team and broad worldwide network of experts and engineers, working for Rolling Stocks and Services activities (maintenance/modernization).

As Ecodesign Metier Manager you will:

- Manage the central team of experts and engineers and animate wordwide rolling stocks and services ecodesign network
- Manage Ecodesign Metier. Drive and Sustain the metier referential (process and tools) and manage Metier and R&D budget
- Contribute actively to the group workplan definition and implementation
- Manage & improve environmental performance of solutions. Set up environmental objectives and studies for greening solutions in a sustainable way
- Develop and ensure ecodesign service for internal stakholders
- Provide necessary support to tenders and projects

What you need to succeed:

- Comfortable in matricial organisation, international and multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate with different metiers and teams
- Ability to lead, motivate and influence technical and functional teams
- Good conviction skills, passion and curiosity
- Ability to make synthesis and explain simply
- Be fluent in english and in french

Your Profile:

- Engineering degree
- Manager with strong environmental competencies with 10 years of experience in industry sector.
- Skilled in international Standards and Regulations related to environmental topics (hazardous substances, environmental footpint and assessment, enerinfleugy efficiency, air quality, end-of-life, circular economy )
