Intégré(e) à l'équipe programme Mon Espace Santé en qualité de Delivery manager, vous serez notamment en charge de:
- Faciliter les interactions de l'équipe (souvent constituée de nombreux prestataires) avec l'écosystème DDSI
Suivre en continu le delivery des produits d'un périmètre donné (faits marquants, dates de MEP, suivi des actions)
Gérer le backlog de la ligne produit y compris les incidents issus de la production
Valider les conditions établissant les notions de " Ready to Sprint/PI " et "Definition of Done"
Demander et suivre les actions auprès de la Sécurité
Demander et suivre les actions liées à la démarche nationale de Recette
Demander et suivre les actions liées aux environnements (BDD par exemple, Dossier Archi...)
Anticiper, Identifier et gérer les risques inhérents à l'équipe produits et faciliter la levée d'obstacles
- Assurer le suivi et le reporting:
Assurer la bonne mise en oeuvre du projet afin d'obtenir un résultat optimal et conforme aux exigences qualité, performances, coût, délai, sécurité, accessibilité
Identifier et piloter les risques
Suivre des chantiers transverses en lien avec sa ligne produit
Rédiger un reporting adhoc pour le Delivery Manager Transverse
- Capitaliser et améliorer de façon continue:
Tenir à jour la documentation Confluence (notamment : process, guides, pratiques transverses...), REX, Bilans, Synthèses....
Echanger avec les autres Delivery Manager
Profil recherché
Diplômé(e) ingénieur informatique ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans acquise de préférence sur un rôle similaire dans un contexte SI avec des contraintes fortes de délais de mise en production, avec de grosses volumétries et en fonctionnement agile.
Vos aouts pour réussir dans vos missions sont les suivants:
- Maitrise des méthodologies Agile (ex : SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe) et des organisations de type DevSecOps avec des équipes autonomes (métier, développement, opérations) et des outils associés (Jira/Confluence)
- Capacité à s'investir dans le fonctionnel métier
- Sensibilité forte pour la sécurité aussi bien d'un point de vue technologique que des Processus
- Esprit d'initiative, ouverture d'esprit, sens de la collaboration, pragmatisme
- Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs tâches en gérant les priorités
- Capacité à travailler avec des prestataires
- Forte capacité au dialogue, écoute, sens du service et capacité à convaincre
- Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problème
- Rigueur
Poste ouvert à Paris avec déplacements ponctuels sur les sites CNAM.

La Direction des Systèmes d'information recrute un Delivery Manager pour assurer ce rôle sur un projet de tout premier plan dans le domaine de la e-Santé, Mon Espace Santé.
L'Assurance Maladie développe à destination des usagers, Mon espace santé, notre nouveau carnet de santé numérique qui permet de gérer ses documents de santé (brique DMP), compléter son profil médical, échanger avec un professionnel par messagerie sécurisée, accéder à un catalogue de services référencés et bénéficier d'un agenda. En miroir de cette offre aux usagers, l'Assurance Maladie propose depuis plusieurs années une offre de services aux professionnels de santé, le Bouquet de services aux professionnels (BSP). Mon espace santé propose à tous ses utilisateurs un catalogue de services numériques référencés qui peuvent les accompagner au quotidien dans le champ de la santé, du bien-être ou du maintien de l'autonomie. Le bouquet de service proposera de même des services tiers.
Le Delivery Manager est en charge de la bonne réalisation de sa ligne produit en cohérence avec la vision métier du produit et en respect des contraintes d'exploitabilité, de sécurité, de performance. Il s'assure de la qualité des livrables et de la cohérence du Backlog de sa ligne produit.
