We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Flexis CDI Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the 3PL and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate customer leads and build a portfolio of recurring clients
- Contribute to the development and execution of Flexis' commercial strategy in your area of responsibility
- Build project sales approaches tailored to each customer's needs, including understanding customer requirements and offering customized solutions
- Foster collaboration with the team to adapt and improve solution offerings to match customer needs
Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships in complex environments
- Customer obsession with a holistic view to build trust
- High communication and listening skills
- Engagement in sustainability transition (environment, health, and safety)
- Strong team spirit and ability to work cross-functionally in project mode
- Fluent English and French
- Agile and eager to learn and share
About Flexis:
We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company that will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months. We aim to make this project a success by raising significant investments and reaching rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn.
