**The Team**:

- An international team (British, French, German, Italian, Portuguese ) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors
- Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
- Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deal Sourcing: Proactively source investment opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry research, and relationship-building with intermediaries.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, industry assessment, and risk evaluation.
- Investment Analysis: Develop detailed financial models to analyze the potential returns and risks associated with investment opportunities.
- Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations and deal structuring processes to ensure favorable terms for the company, including valuation, financing, and legal agreements.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage existing investments, including performance tracking, value enhancement initiatives, and exit strategies.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with portfolio company management teams, co-investors, advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments to identify investment opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in private equity investing, with extensive experience in deal sourcing, due diligence, and deal execution.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in valuation techniques.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively to identify investment opportunities and drive value creation.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team.
