ARCHIMED is a leading investment firm focused exclusively on healthcare industries, with a presence in Europe, North America, and Asia. Our unique blend of operational, medical, scientific, and financial expertise enables us to serve as both a strategic and financial partner to healthcare businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Investor Relations and top management in strategizing, planning, and executing fundraisings, including market analysis, preparation of fund marketing materials, and legal and fund structuring.
- Expand the firm's network of global investor relationships, deepen existing relationships, and identify new investor relationships.
- Promote the firm's unique story, strategy, performance, and impact to the investor community, attending key investor conferences and events.
- Support the development and execution of formal fundraising pitches and roadshow-type activities.
- Operate the firm's IR program, including quarterly and yearly funds and co-investment reporting, LP requests, and LP secondary transfers.
- Lead the planning and execution of the firm's annual Investor Annual General Meeting.
- Assist the firm's co-investment program, supporting deal teams and executing co-investment opportunities.
- Participate in the strategic development of ARCHIMED's fund lines, structuring and raising GP led secondaries when relevant.
- ~15+ years of experience in sales processes in financial services/private equity, with a robust understanding of private equity fund structuring and terms.
- Financial background, with a higher education degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an entrepreneurial approach and commitment to building and establishing a new business.
- Ability to build a network and manage relationships independently, with a strong focus on cultural values like inclusion, meritocracy, partnership, accountability, client focus, and trust.
