Our international team, comprising over 30 nationalities, brings a diverse range of education and experience in investment, medicine, science, strategy, and operations. Our team members are alumni from top institutions, including INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, and Dartmouth.
Your RoleFundraisingsIn collaboration with the Head of Investor Relations and top management, you will support the strategizing, planning, and execution of fundraisings, including market analysis, preparation of all fund marketing materials, and legal and fund structuring. You will also proactively expand our network of global investor relationships, deepen existing relationships, and identify new ones.
You will promote the firm's unique story, strategy, performance, and impact to the investor community, attending key conferences and events, and serving as an articulate spokesperson for the firm.
On an ongoing basis, you will support the development and execution of formal fundraising pitches and roadshow-type activities.IR Operations
You will be responsible for the operation of the firm's IR program, including quarterly and yearly funds and co-investment reporting, LP requests, and LP secondary transfers. You will also lead the planning and execution of the firm's annual Investor Annual General Meeting.
Co-investments & GP led secondaries & Other ad-hoc vehiclesYou will assist the firm's co-investment program, both with existing investors and the wider external private equity and financial services community. You will also support the execution of co-investment opportunities with deal teams and participate in the strategic development of ARCHIMED's fund lines.
Requirements and QualificationsWe are seeking an experienced IR professional with a strong background in Investor Relations and Fundraising, as well as financial acumen, market knowledge, and data interpretation skills. You should be able to articulate complex situations in logical, factual, and clear terms, both verbally and in writing. You will work closely with our team to build a network and manage relationships independently.
We are looking for a candidate with a higher education degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. You should have an entrepreneurial approach and be fully committed to helping build and establish a new business.
