We are looking for a HR Business Partner for the HQ You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
- You will deliver timely and effective HR solutions to the business, ensuring the people and organization set up is fully aligned with business ‘s strategy. You will coach managers and employees to build a high performance and people development culture. You will collaborate on transversal or specifics projects with COEs.- You will be a strategic Partner to Business Leaders and managers to fulfill their business needs:
- Knowledge business teams challenges and people;-
- Build relations with key stakeholders to support and influence managers and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capabilities to achieve strategic plans, managing their people and leading change activities;-
- Support and challenge the Leaders & Managers on organizations structure;-
- Support discussion organization with business leaders in link with the Beyond Budget and deliver this data to the HR Business Analyst;-
- You will lead ongoing change- Support managers and Employees to embrace changes;-
- Working closely with business leaders to drive and implement new organization and new ways of working;-
- Partner with HR COEs Members such as Talent Acquisition, Learning Development, Compensation and Benefits to provide HR solutions to the organization.-
- You will deploy TransfoHRm processes in the affiliate- Support & train managers and employees in the understanding, appropriation and delivering of the TransfoHRm cycle;-
- Collaborates with COEs &/Global teams implements tools delivered in order to support and advise Business leaders and managers on TransfoHRm processes: Talent Performance (Performance & Talent Calibrations,), Talent Development (Goals, IDP 70/20/10, Training plan ), Merit & Bonus (consistency with performance calibrations decisions) -
- Ensure data quality to provide KPIs in order to facilitate Talent Management process implementation.-
- You will Support employees growth along their career path- Support employees throughout their career: onboarding and career growth;-
- Foster close relationship and engagement with team members to improve work relationships, morale, productivity to build a great place to work;-
- Promote a culture where feedback and honesty are valued: encourage employees & managers to give and ask for feedbacks, promote peer-to-peer feedback;-
- Leverage talent management processes to develop our Talents, increase visibility, facilitate and promote internal mobilities with HR community.-
- You will reinforce & promote the Company culture- Implement & ensure the employee a journey that reflects the company culture through onboarding, induction program, day-to-day basis...;Engagement and well-being surveys: analyze results and ease with the key stakeholders, facilitate team session to share results and help towards setting an action plan.If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply- You have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7+ years in a HR experience and 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.- You are Energic with strong analytical and interpersonal skills,- Strong senior stakeholder management- Influencing skills,- Strong business acumen- Fluent in English- Experience managing company-wide talent tools and processes across a diverse range of industries, organizations, and management roles
