Sales New Business

Après le succès de sa première plateforme il y a 3 ans, Teamstarter est désormais sur le point de proposer une nouvelle offre SAAS.
Nous sommes donc à la recherche d’un **Sales New Business** pour nous accompagner à son développement et à sa commercialisation.
**Quelles seront les missions du Sales New Business chez Teamstarter ?**
Intégré à notre équipe commerciale de 8 personnes, tu sera rattaché à Augustin, le responsable commercial. Tu travailleras en binôme avec Antoine (resp de l’offre) au déploiement de cette nouvelle solution.
Ton rôle sera donc de participer au go-to-market tout en respectant les délais de la roadmap produit et donc:
- participer à la segmentation du marché afin d’adresser la meilleure cible pour cette solution
- participer à l’amélioration du MVP
- améliorer notre méthode de vente
- participer à la commercialisation de l’offre (gestion complète du cycle de ventes avec les premiers prospects/clients)
**Cette offre est faite pour toi si ?**
- tu possèdes 4 à 5 ans d’expérience commerciale en vente de logiciels Saas
- tu souhaites participer à la construction d’une nouvelle offre et vendre quelque chose qui n’a jamais été vendu auparavant (travailler dans l’incertitude n’est pas un problème pour toi)
- tu aimes proposer de nouvelles solutions, construire, corriger et recommencer jusqu’à avoir trouvé la bonne manière de faire.
- FinTech ou autres, terminé Tu souhaites désormais concentrer tes efforts sur un produit à Impact humain.
- **le plus**: tu as déjà une première expérience Go-To-Market

**Process de recrutement**
- 1er échange téléphonique avec François, notre responsable recrutement (15/20 minutes)
- 1er entretien avec Antoine, responsable de la nouvelle offre (visio, 1 heure)
- Préparation d’un cas pratique
- Restitution du cas pratique chez nous avec Augustin notre responsable commercial (1 heure)
- Un dernier échange téléphonique avec Mario, notre VP Sales (15/20 minutes)
