**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Field Service Representative, your principle accountabilities will be to provide technical support ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues thus minimising operational disruption.

This role is aligned to the UK Defence Deployed Services team who support the A330 Multi Role Tanker and Transport (MRTT) aircraft powered by T700 engines and is based at a customer site in Istres, France.

Key to this role is your ability to manage multiple stakeholders within Rolls-Royce, its customers and external partners.

You will also:

- Deliver support to maintain end user operations, manage necessary mitigating actions through to resolution ensuring customer & contract KPIs are maintained.
- Record in-service engine events into Maximo to enable analysis by Rolls-Royce of engine related issues that could impact fleet reliability and operability.
- Manage fleet data, liaising with customers on short term fleet planning & availability to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate across stakeholder community, consisting of customer, OEM and suppliers, to ensure the level of service being provided is compliant to contract.
- Identify future support capabilities, improvements or opportunities to enhance customer services

The vacancy is only open to French Nationals eligible to obtain French Security Clearance.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified to at least HND level or having equivalent relevant experience
- Must have minimum of 5 years experience on T700
- Must have experience of A330/Trent 700 systems and maintenance at ML1 / ML2
- Knowledge of EASA Regulatory requirements
- Must demonstrate a customer focused attitude embracing responsiveness, flexibility and agility
- Must be capable of holding French security clearance up to NATO SC level or equivalent
- Must be fluent in English
