Overview:
Otter Products EMEA are seeking a passionate and driven Online Sales and Marketing Administrator, to take on a challenge within our fast-growing company, supporting the Amazon EMEA business and team. This role can be based in Spain, France, Germany, UK or Ireland and will support our Amazon Sales Teams through the maintenance and administration of the product creation process, ensuring that all content is accurate across all products and categories and presented in a manner that is easily visible and translatable to our customers across EMEA.

This Otter will be responsible for content loading and execution of promotions and NPIs across all Amazon EMEA countries sites with the ultimate objective to support the company’s revenue goals.

You will support the product launch process, pricing and product content. You will collaborate daily with the team coordinating online sales across EMEA interacting with the marketing graphic team to deliver launch assets on time and help execute product launches timely and with top quality. The position will report to the Amazon Sales Lead and have a high level of collaboration with all local regional Amazon Account Managers.

Are you up for the challenge?
- Work closely with the Amazon Sales team to effectively launching new products, ensuring that product creation is executed on time and in line with defined the strategy.
- Update Content Master file in 9 languages for any product launched, working in collaboration with the Product team, and assuring that translations are delivered timely checking and validating quality thru local key accounts where necessary.
- Collaborate with Marketing Channel and Graphic Teams to ensure all NPIs content (A+, Videos, Brand Store elements, AMP banners etc) are executed on time and in line with the brief.
- Work in collaboration with the Online Sales Administrator to update the online price list, adding in new SKU’s and keeping track of all active and EOL SKU’s.
- Help the Online Sales Administrator ensuring that renders are loaded on time and in line with the defined strategy.
- Own projects like Vine Samples and monitor customer reviews, to ensure business critical information is communicated back to the business and feedback is integrated into processes and procedures in collaboration with Amazon sales team and in accordance with the defined strategy.
- Participate to weekly Amazon meetings and all internal meetings where requested.
- Manage daily reporting from Amazon’s Vendor Central (product listing, content, images-upload, open cases handling etc.)

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an online digital role is required
- Fluent written & verbal comprehension of English. Another European language would also be beneficial
- Excellence in multitasking, problem solving, attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Organisational skills and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking, and working under pressure.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Vendor Central (Amazon portal for vendors) is advantageous
- Ability to be the best steward of company resources, conducting oneself in a way that radiates integrity, honesty and trust
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Microsoft Word® and Excel®
- Self-motivated and works well independently
- Willingness to learn and evolve with an ever-changing department, company, and field
- Team player with an energetic, initiative, and positive mindset
