Customer Service Representative Export

**Vos missions**:
Vous êtes chargé(e) d'assister techniquement le réseau de filiales, concessionnaires, agences, sociétés LIEBHERR, voire client final, ainsi que l'équipe d'Inspecteurs après vente (SAV) ou de fournir toutes les informations nécessaires à la commande et la gestion des pièces de rechange (SPR). De ce fait, vos missions sont:

- Répondre et traiter les demandes entrantes du réseau de distribution
- Renseigner le réseau de distribution sur les produits/services de l’entreprise
- Apporter un soutien technique auprès du réseau de distribution, chercher et trouver des solutions alternatives
- Conseiller techniquement toute demande du réseau de distribution sur la périodicité d’entretien, ou kit de réparation
- Traiter les réclamations du réseau de distribution, fournir des solutions appropriées et correctives
- Préparer et faire une synthèse technique du réseau de distribution (garanties, formations et retours d’informations techniques)
- Organiser et suivre l’installation de composants tests et campagnes de rattrapage
- Participer aux groupes de travail de Résolution de Problèmes
- Participer aux réunions de garanties (litiges)
- Organiser et coordonner les déplacements des collaborateurs du Service Après-Vente
- Participer au développement des nouvelles plateformes (Maintenance)
- Se déplacer et rencontrer notre réseau de distribution dans le cas de litiges, de problèmes techniques ou dans le cadre de suivi ou de discussions garanties.

Des déplacements sont à prévoir.

**Votre profil**:

- Titulaire d'un BAC +2 ou équivalent avec une expérience significative,
- Titulaire d'un BAC +5 ou équivalent,
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en tant que technicien service, technicien service export, inspecteur export ou équivalent,
- Vous êtes rigoureux (se), organisé (e) et diplomate,
- Vous maitrisez l'environnement informatique (Pack Office, un ERP,....),
- Vous êtes à l'aise en allemand et en anglais (ou autre).
