ROLE
The Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager is responsible of the delivery end to end of the entire Cybersecurity projects portfolio within CMA CGM Group. Projects range in size and scope from mid-size to large scale projects and strategic initiatives
The Portfolio manager will be responsible for a team of project managers (PM), communication & change(C&CM) management specialists and portfolio controller officers (PCO).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Cyber PMO accordingly with the central PMO standards and guidelines
Organize and manage assigned portfolio book of work views and activities; to provide transparency of services progress against strategy roadmap and delivering on value as planned by the CISO Office
Support of program and business strategies and objectives, resource and demand planning, change, and resource management processes
Collaboration and management of key meetings to discuss reporting data and manage action items
Facilitate program / project approval via selection process based upon overall strategic goals.
Facilitate the prioritization of projects to ensure programs and projects are continually evaluated and prioritized accordingly.
Develop annual Cybersecurity portfolio plans and ensure integration into the overall IT planning and budgeting process
Provide portfolio and project management services to IT (functional PM) and Cyber Security delivery teams.
Develop and execute project plans, including risk, scope, communication and schedule/budget, managing priorities within defined constraints. Plan, monitor and control projects from concept to closing, taking corrective actions as necessary to stay on plan. Ensure plans address all requirements for providing end-to-end solutions.
Consult with individual project managers/leaders on project management best practices, processes and methodologies to ensure they are understood and followed to promote the consistent delivery of quality
Provide consistent and quality status reporting across the portfolio of projects (individual project status reports) as well as a portfolio status dashboard.
Perform all monthly and annual financial planning, management, and reporting across the Cyber Security portfolio of projects (OPEX + CAPEX) and operational initiatives (OPEX).
QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE
**Education**:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant degree
10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity projects and programs management
PMP, PRINCE2, PSP or any other relevant certification
**Skills**:
Expertise in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
Ability to manage in a matrix environment as well as ability to manage virtual teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Detail oriented, organized, disciplined.
Strong risk management, requirements management, and planning & analysis skills.
Business and strategic plan development.
Financial modeling experience.
Process development experience.
Continuous improvement experience.
