Construisez l'avenir du B2B avec nous
- En tant que Customer Success Representative, tu soutiens nos Customer Success Managers qui s'occupent de nos clients B2B tout au long de leur cycle de vie Tu nous aides à positionner au mieux Visable et nos plateformes numériques wlw & europages auprès de nos clients B2B afin de susciter leur intérêt pour l'utilisation de nos produits
- Tu recueilles des commentaires et des informations et tu les partages avec les services internes (sales, produit, marketing,...) afin de soutenir le développement de stratégies axées sur le client et l'amélioration de nouvelles fonctionnalités
- Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec les Customer Success Managers afin de garantir que nos services répondent aux besoins et aux exigences de nos clients

- Alternant sur un rythme 4 jours en entreprise et 1 jour à l'école ou 3 semaines en entreprise et une semaine à l'école
- Tu te distingues par ta grande disponibilité, ta méthode de travail minutieuse ainsi que par ton affinité marquée avec le contact client
- Tu travailles de manière très structurée et tu sais comment prioriser correctement les tâches
- Tu as une affinité pour le web et tu peux te familiariser rapidement avec les outils numériques ou tu as déjà de l'expérience
- Tu te sens à l'aise dans un environnement en pleine croissance et en pleine évolution, tu t'adaptes rapidement aux défis et tu gardes une attitude positive
- Tu parles couramment le français et l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit)
- Tu souhaites aider nos clients B2B à se développer et à générer toujours plus de valeur grâce à nos produits
