**Your challenge ?**

You will be a member of the Talent Development, Learning & Employee Engagement Team headquarter for Valeo Group. An opportunity to participate in the analysis of Group's main HR information and also, various and varied HR projects, allowing you to develop HR skills in an international environment and allowing you to exercise your sense of autonomy.

**Your responsibilities ?**

Monthly indicators & dashboards
- Your analytics skills will be very appreciated during our monthly indicators consolidation and analysis of Group HR indicators linked to Employee Engagement and Talent Development such as Accident Frequency Rate, Absenteeism, Resignation Rate, Turnover and Hiring Indicators. Also frequently working with pertinent information and treat it according the various request.

HR Project support - Employee Engagement
- Acquire project management competencies by supporting HR leaders on a variety of HR projects linked to Talent Development, Learning & Employee Engagement. As example you will have the opportunity to follow the development of Valeo's 'listening strategy' via Employee's survey or understand and support the updates on the Valeo's referential of Soft and Hard skil.

Talent Development - Communication
- Your creativity will be a "plus" supporting us on presentations templates and layouts to be present and communicated to all levels of our organization during project presentations, monthly reviews,etc. Also thinking about the best strategy to communicate/train Valeo employees & managers on the Talent Development, Learning activities.

Learning
- Support on the preparation of training modules, on-boarding process and reports also innovating the development of learning features etc.

**About you **
- Student of a HR M1 or M2 in France
- You are a quick learner and full of energy
- You have analytic & creative skills
- You have an intercultural mindset and a team spirit
- You speak english fluently, other languages would be a plus
