**1.** **COMPANY OVERVIEW**
The Company is the service provider in France, for one of the largest leisure parks in Europe. As part of the transformation and the acceleration of the latter’s growth on the French Source market, the fastgrowing Company is looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive - MICE to develop the MICE business and Sales on the French source market.

**2.** **ROLE**
As a Sales Executive - MICE you are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility.
The role involves the following main responsibilities (non-exhaustive) on the scope:
**MICE Sales and business development**
- Define, Implement and execute all sales objectives and necessary action plans to reach and exceed targets set;
- Develop MICE sales and business on both direct (corporate) and indirect (digital & offline MICE & Travel agencies, platforms, TMCs, Venue finders, Congress specialists, TO ) channels as per the established sales budgets;
- Identify all sales/new business opportunities and demonstrate a high level of conversion and efficiency;
- Handle all MICE RFP on the scope;
- Maximize up selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and complimenting to the MICE booking;
- Ensure comprehensive and up to date knowledge of the Company Convention Center unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies;
**Operations**
- Handle specific Meetings, Incentive, Congress and Group requests which will take place in the Company Convention Center, coming from Corporates and MICE indirect channel players (digital & offline MICE & Travel agencies, specialized platforms, TMCs, Venue finders, Congress specialists, TO.): receiving requests, organizing programs, making quotations and coordinating directly with the Agent in proposing programs and implementing the agreed sales activities with the clients;
- Create, manage, promote and host innovative show-rounds and events;
- Take care of operational tasks before the tour or event such as technical program, rooming list, menus, marketing items, deal with suppliers;
- Involve and responsible for checking invoices of accounts which are assigned to her/him and that the invoices are dispatched on time;
- Responsible for the customer relations, after sales service of accounts which are assigned to her/him, obtain client feedback after each event and communicate the outcome to the concerned.
**Communication**
- Updating the database by informing the Marketing Department of any changes and/or additions to contact persons of accounts which are assigned to her/him;
- Report all activities and issues to the MICE Management;
- Representation of the Company to the MICE community and ecosystem and reporting back to the Company stakeholders;
**3.** **Profile**
- 3-5+ years-experience in a similar Meetings & Events Sales position;
- Coming from:
- ideally MICE agencies + Corporate in her/his backround
- MICE agency, TMCs, Convention Centers, Congress specialists
- Or Corporate if and only if Sales (hunting) position
- Sales-driven with proven consistent sales track record and network on the scope (MICE, French source market). You enjoy challenges and have a hunting & competitive mindset;
- Strong knowledge & experience of the MICE market including marketing and media leverage ;
- Autonomous and ability to work under own initiative;
- Great organization skills and methodical, able to prioritize;
- A team-player, open-minded;
- Flexible working hours to coincide with business demands;
- You speak, read and write French and English fluently (prerequisite). Spanish is a plus.
- You master Office Pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and CRM
**4.** **Conditions**
- Status : Executive (« Cadre »)

- Based in Paris - Working remote (partially) is possible.
