Descriptif du poste

En tant que Key Account Manager (H/F), vous aurez la gestion d'un portefeuille de marques nationales afin d'améliorer la performance des comptes et la relation avec celles-ci incluant:

- D'un point de vue central : relation avec le siège des partenaires, mise en place des plans marketing, suivi et analyse des performances commerciales et opérationnelles, gestion et optimisation des menus, analyses ad hoc
- D'un point de vue local où vous aurez des contacts restaurants (franchisés, directeurs, coachs ):

- Reporting hebdo
- Maximisation de la couverture de vos marques
- Identification et activation des leviers de croissance : sourcing de campagnes promo, augmentation de la visibilité du partenariat
- Mise en place d'actions correctrices sur les opérations (ouverture, rejets, wait...)
- Construire un relationnel efficace permettant la remontée d'info
- Construction de proposition commerciale
- Vous aurez également un rôle en interne pour faciliter la coordination des différentes personnes travaillant sur ces marques, notamment des Key Account Associate

Le profil recherché
- Une première expérience d'au moins 2 ans sur un poste de gestion client
- Capacité de négociation et de vente
- Capacité d'analyse basée sur des chiffres.
- Curieux et proactif, vous êtes force de proposition et d'initiatives.
- Autonome, vous aimez les responsabilités et trouver des solutions.
- Très organisé, sens du détail. Vous savez mener plusieurs projets en même temps et savez respecter les délais.
- Vous savez travailler en équipe
- Bilingue français et anglais
