Vous souhaitez rejoindre une entreprise dynamique, et travailler au sein d’équipes conviviales ? Pernod Ricard recrute son futur stagiaire en IT Project Management - Global S&OP à partir de février/mars 2024 pour 6 mois.
- Intégré à la DSI du siège de Pernod Ricard, l’IT Solutions - Global S&OP a pour vocation d’accompagner nos Brand Companies et nos Market Companies dans le déploiement du processus S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) au travers de la mise en place des solutions IT autour de la Supply Chain.

Vos missions clés ?

Gestion de projet:
- Vous recensez les bonnes pratiques déjà en place au sein de l’équipe et éventuellement dans les autres départements IT PR.-
- Vous développez les standards de gestion de projet adapté au contexte S&OP, les partagez et les faites adopter à la communauté de Product Owner et les équipes DEV.-
- Vous mettez en place des standards de gestion de projet et de KPI Agiles grâce à l’implémentation de JIRA-
- Vous accompagnez les équipes dans la mise en place des cérémonies Agiles (organisation et animation)-
- Vous préparez des roadmaps applicatives transverses avec les Business Product Owners et le Global S&OP IT Manager.Gestion du run applicatif:
- Vous harmonisez les pratiques entre les équipes de support applicatif (3 équipes)-
- Vous mettez en place des KPI de suivi de la gestion du support sur JIRA-
- Vous proposez et mettez en place des actions concrètes favorisant la montée en maturité du départementSupport aux Project Manager et Product Owner- Vous formalisez les spécifications business-
- Vous participez aux tests des évolutions applicatives sur AnaplanSi vous vous reconnaissez dans la description ci-dessous, n’hésitez pas à postuler Vous êtes étudiant en Master Ingénieur - idéalement spécialisé en gestion de projet ou systèmes informatiques-
- Vous parlez couramment français et anglais-
- Vous avez connaissance des systèmes d’informations liés au pilotage des flux-
- Vous avez connaissance des principes de base de la gestion projets en mode AGILE- Et en plus
